What will it cost?

ProviderPatient__136You know you need to come in to get healthcare advice but how do you pay for it?

Good question. Fees are based on your income and ability to pay. Medicaid and uninsured patients are welcome.

We accept most health insurances, so please bring your health insurance card with you. If you have a co-pay, please be prepared to pay it at the time of your appointment.

If you do not have insurance, please bring four weeks’ worth of paystubs so we can see where you qualify on our sliding fee scale— in certain circumstances, your visit might be FREE!

We have several programs that you may be eligible for that will pay for your services. Some programs require additional documentation to get you qualified/covered. We will determine if you are eligible for other programs.

Payment in full is expected at the time of your visit. We accept most major credit cards and flexible benefit cards.
